Financial Aid Funds
The University of Ottawa maintains an Employee's Financial Aid Fund to assist CUPE 2626 members with the payment of tuition, UHIP fees and dependent care costs in order to perform their duties, in cases of demonstrated financial need. This fund shall be administered by the Labour/Management Committee, on the recommendation of the CUPE 2626 Bursary Committee. Please note that due to budgetary limitations, there is no guarantee of receiving assistance from this fund.

IMPORTANT: please note that Winter 2012 applications will ONLY be accepted on March 7, 2012 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Tabaret Hall, Room 112. This schedule allows us to combine the submission of the applications with our 2012 Annual General Assembly.
We cannot accept any late applications or any applications submitted to CUPE 2626's office.
When to Apply?
The deadlines for applying to this fund are near the beginning of each semester. Each date will be posted under the link to the application form, in the Forms section of our website, at the beginning of each semester.Please note that the UHIP and Child Care Funds are given only in the Fall and Winter semesters of each year.
